Bar-Key's Service Tiers: Which Package Is Right for Your Event?

That experience shaped everything about how we structure your service. Every event is different. Your backyard birthday party has different bar needs than a 200-guest wedding at a downtown venue, so we do not do one-size-fits-all. We built tiers to match your event's personality and budget.

Three Ways to Celebrate

Bar-Key is built around three kinds of events, and each has its own set of tiers. The tiers are not about basic versus premium the way a hotel minibar thinks about it. They are about complexity, customization, and the scope of the experience you want for your guests. Every price below is a starting point for a four-hour event; your exact number depends on guest count, hours, and menu, and our instant estimate shows it in about two minutes.

Weddings

Our signature, full-service experience for your wedding day.

Classic (from $900)

A clean, polished bar done right: professional bartenders and barbacks, an elegant setup, standard mixers and garnishes, and one planning meeting. For when you want the bar to be great without being the centerpiece.

Luxe (from $1,600)

Everything in Classic, plus two planning meetings, a champagne toast with a dedicated champagne server, a VIP cocktail server for your wedding party, a custom bar decor package, and an anniversary gift package. For when the bar is a featured part of your day.

Iconic (from $3,200)

The full white-glove experience. Everything in Luxe, plus three planning meetings, morning mimosa service while you get ready, custom signature cocktails you create with us on a private mixology date, custom edible cocktail toppers, a glassware upgrade, premium decor, a custom wedding website with Welcome Sips pre-ordering, a founder-led bar team, and a handpainted champagne bottle keepsake.

Events

For corporate events, game days, and private parties, anywhere from 30 to 400 guests.

By-The-Key (from $825)

Professional bartending built to move: skilled bartenders, two custom signature cocktails, a standard setup, and one planning meeting. Bartending-only, focused, and efficient.

Reserve (from $1,300)

Everything in By-The-Key, plus a cocktail server working the floor and a welcome round, a tray of signature cocktails passed as your guests arrive.

Premier (from $2,600)

Everything in Reserve, plus two planning meetings, a third signature cocktail, a hydration station, a self-serve coffee bar, a glassware upgrade, a custom event website, and extra floor servers. White-glove from start to finish.

Gatherings

Intimate events of 1 to 30 guests, priced per guest.

Deluxe (from $400 plus $10 per guest)

A professional bartender for your gathering, standard barware and setup, a custom drink menu consultation, and one planning meeting.

Elite (from $425 plus $12 per guest)

Everything in Deluxe, plus a welcome round on arrival, elevated barware, and a premium garnish selection.

Signature (from $450 plus $15 per guest)

Everything in Elite, plus two planning meetings, a hydration station, a self-serve coffee bar, a glassware upgrade, and a custom event website.
