Our Story

We started with a simple idea: your bar should be as personal as your event.

How It Started

Bar-Key Bartending was born out of a belief that the bar at your event should feel just as intentional as the flowers, the venue, and the playlist. We saw too many events where the bar was an afterthought, and we knew there was a better way.

Today, we're building something different: a full-service bartending experience that starts weeks before your event with personalized planning and ends with guests telling you it was the best bar they've ever seen at a private event. That's what we're here for.

Patrick Wilson

Founder / Lead Bartender

Patrick started bartending in 2017 during his undergraduate studies. After a career in banking, finance, and accounting, he earned his MBA from the University of Oklahoma in 2023 and launched Bar-Key Bartending. He brings the same precision and care to every event that he brought to the corporate world, with a lot more personality.

Reid Wilson

Creative Director

As co-founder and creative director, Reid shapes every detail of the Bar-Key experience, from brand identity and client communications to the systems that power the business. With a background in design and an eye for what makes moments feel special, Reid ensures every touchpoint reflects Bar-Key's commitment to craft and care.

Chelsi Trujillo

Events Director / Lead Bartender

With nearly a decade of food and beverage experience spanning private dinners, banquets, and high-volume events, Chelsi brings an eye for detail and a calm-under-pressure energy that keeps every event running smoothly.
