Bartender
Builds, pours, and runs the bar so your guests are served well and the line keeps moving.
Cocktail server
Trays and floor service, so drinks find your guests instead of the other way around.
Barback
Stock, ice, and glassware. The reason the bar never runs out mid-rush.
F&B server
Food and beverage floor support for events that serve more than drinks.
Crew leader
Runs the crew on site: coordinates setup, manages the shift, and keeps service smooth from load-in to the contracted close.

When we're your whole bar crew, these are the floors by guest count. They exist so your bar is never understaffed. Adding hands to an existing staff instead? Tell us and we'll size around it.

Floor service for food and beverage. Optional, but if you book servers, this is the floor.
